As a child, my Grandfather made fish every single Friday. We would gather together as an entire family and have a good old fashioned Fish Fry...good times! Even now my family still gets a hankering for fish on Fridays. Although my household is mainly vegetarian, we still eat fish on occasion. My daughter who is a true "seafoodie," has always loved fish sticks and fillets.
