Jackson 5ive Cartoon BluRay Review & Giveaway

The Jackson 5ive were one of the first true "boy bands." They mesmerized audiences (adults and children alike) with their smooth moves, cute lyrics, and awesome voices. This was one talented group of kids.  In fact, they were such a hit that they got their own animated series!

As a child, I loved Saturday morning cartoons so much that I would wake up as early as I could just to make sure that I didn't miss a single show. Although by the time I came along, the The Jackson 5ive series ran from 1971-1973, so I had the honor of seeing it on the small screen. Am I showing my age again?

I really glad that I've had chance to review the recent BluRay release of this animated series, because it took me way back! The music and the adventures made me feel like a kid again. Even better, my teenage daughter enjoyed them too (of course she thought some of it was a bit corny for her "modern" taste).

Buy it: The entire Jackson Five: The Complete Animated Series is in stores now, for the first time EVER. You get 23 full-length episodes (which includes 46 original Jackson 5ive songs).
