Winter is still in full swing, no matter what the calendar says! That means that layering is still in season, and with ModCloth you can keep warm + stay fashionable at the same time!

I was browsing their site with my sister, who is a fashionista in her own right, the other day. And we she came up with a couple looks that would be super-hot-on-a-cold day!

The first look is a chocolate cardigan layered with a bone colored top that has a touch of sparkle, and a tank underneath. Perfectly paired with a dark wash skinny jean. A short brown bootie, a two-tone messenger bag, dainty necklace, and 2 chunky rings, set off this simple fashion-forward ensemble.

The second look is a bit more edgy. A loose fit textured cardigan with a wide open collar, layered with a soft black two-button tunic and a simple solid black tank. Matched with a pair of swanky shiny black leggings. And a pair of smokin' hot deep red bootie, a two-tone bag, black rose studs, and musician worthy sunglasses.

This is just a tiny glimpse of the awesome that is ModCloth! The selection is HUGE! But the best part is that ModCloth isn't just a clothing website, it's a community. The shoppers are seriously loyal! They share photos of their outfits, they show love for their favorite pieces, and they provide honest-to-goodness feedback.

As a full-figured 40-something woman, I am the first to admit that being fashionable is not as easy as it used to be. So when I find something cute and comfortable to wear I want to shout it from the rooftops! 

Covered Perfectly is a company run by Pauline Durban. Pauline's mission is to provide clothing for the 40+ woman, that is appealing and flattering. After all, every woman deserves to look and feel beautiful. And Pauline has hit the nail directly on the head!

This is not just another cute blouse. It's exceptionally well made. I have washed it a whole-lotta times and the color hasn't faded, not even a little bit. The fabric soft and durable. This is high quality my friends. And I get soooo many compliments on it every time I wear it!

And I would be remiss if I didn't mention the fact that Pauline also provides excellent customer service. She so personable + polite and she always responds. She's one classy lady! ❤︎

OMG Nail Strips Review #Sponsored

My sister Jamee is very creative. She sees the world through the lens of creation, whether it's sewing a new outfit, plating dinner, or painting her nails.

When Jamee discovered nail strips, she thought she died and gone to heaven! Except the price was never right and the selection was hardly appealing. So when I had a chance to review OMG Nail Strips I knew she'd be delighted.

What Jamee liked best about OMG Nail Strips is they're both fashionable and reasonably priced (the price was actually what sold her)! Even more than that... they actually last for 10 whole days, it's true! Possibly longer actually. Around the eighth day the strips began to recede from the top of the nail, but just a little bit. Her only complaint was the excess strip that goes to waste once you file them, she would have liked to have used the entire strip, or at least be able to use the excess on another finger.
