It's that time of year again!

The 2016 Progressive Insurance Los Angeles Boat Show is coming up next week! February 25-28 at the Los Angeles Convention Center and Burton W. Chace Park in Marina Del Rey. 

Four consecutive days of boats, marine accessories, educational seminars, boating lessons, and kids' zone! 

There will be hundreds of boats for sale, if you're in the market. And sailing simulator, if you've got dreams of life on the high seas. Of course, the kids will have plenty to do too, because there will be toy boat building, balloon artists, and a ton of other fun surprises!

Cavalia's Odysseo Review

We attended Cavalia's Odysseo on Saturday and OMG! The show is just breathtaking. The horses are beautiful. The acrobats are excellent! And the entire production is stunning!

I spent a good amount of the show on the edge of my seat, it was exciting and captivating. Not a single moment of boredom. And while I LOVED every single moment of action, what stayed with me was the live music. Yes I said LIVE!

The overall show is just spectacular. A definite MUST SEE!

There's still time to catch the show because their stay has been extended... because it's that good!

Tickets: General admission tickets are priced between $29.50 - $144.50 (+ applicable taxes). The Rendez-Vous package offers excellent seating and a buffet style dining experience before the show, including an open bar and desserts during intermission + a visit to the stables to meet the horses after the show. Tickets for this package range from $149.50 - $269.50 (+ applicable taxes).  Group tickets are also available.

The SoCal Helpful Honda Team is at it again!

Have you spotted the Helpful Honda Team lately? They're the guys in the blue shirts that go around helping people all over the place!

Well this weekend you can find them kicking off the holiday season at the USC and UCLA football games! They'll be picking up trash, chatting it up with fans, and giving out football "must-haves" like: sunscreen, sanitizer, and portable radios. And if that's not enough, these guys will also be giving out seat upgrades to a few lucky fans at the UCLA game!

But wait, there's more....

At both games, the Helpful Honda Guys (and gals) will be surprising lucky Honda drivers with free car washes, while they kick back and enjoy the game!

How cool is that?

Boys & Girls Club - BGCA Give the Gift of #GreatFutures

Disney on Ice is coming to the Los Angeles area! Presenting their newest ice spectacular Treasure Trove!

They've dug in the vaults y'all! Mickey and his pals are on a treasure hunt for the most popular Disney films of all time. From the most recent films like Tangled, The Princess and the Frog, to old-time favorites like Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty - all your favorites will be there!

When: The show is hitting the Long Beach Arena May 1st - 5th, and Citizen Bank Arena  May 8th - 12th.

Tonight: Live Q And A For Student Athletes At Risk Of Sudden Heart Failure

Over the past several years, there have been far too many incidents of student athletes collapsing from sudden heart failure. It's time that we shed some light on this epidemic, so that we can take preventive measures.

Tonight at 4pm PST / 7pm EST experts from Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center will host a live Q & A.

Choose Peace: Community Celebration and Information Fair

Manhood Camp, a non-profit organization whose mission is to educate and support young men as they journey into manhood, is hosting the 1st annual Choose Peace Community Celebration and Information Fair!

This community service event is aimed at promoting peace and non-violence, while providing the community with information and resources, live entertainment (music, poetry, etc.), and special activities for kids.
